Portal Admins can view who last edited a field and see information on when it was last edited. Managers can only see the last updated date.
For calculated fields, it would show the user that made the change to cause that field to recalculate to a new value.
1. Go to the project and scroll to the field you want to see information on. Hover your mouse over the field name and a pop up will appear with the field id, last updated date, time, and user.
