User cannot create from mobile

Within the template editor Portal Admins can specify a Workflow Type "User cannot create from mobile" which will disable users from creating new work on mobile using that specific template. 

1. In the template editor, check "User cannot create from mobile" and click Save.

2. Only templates that do not have this workflow set will be seen by the user.
