A user can set the manager to a project. If they have Admin permissions, they can always change the manager. If the user has Edit permissions, they can only set a manager if it's blank. They cannot change the manager if it's already set.
1. Go the the project sharing screen.
2. Next to Manager tap "Set".
3. A list of managers will appear and you can select the manager from the list or search. Tap on the checkmark to set the manager.
4. The manager is now set.
