Portal Admins can allow vendors to create new projects from the web portal or mobile app.
1. Go to Admin>Settings and under Security you will see the setting "Vendors can create from portal or mobile". Check this box to allow vendors to create new projects. Uncheck this box and they will not be allowed to create new projects.
