Example images can be displayed on fields for users in projects in the web app. Only Portal Admins can add example photos in templates. Mobile users can see example photos in the SiteCapture app.
1. Go to Templates and add a new field or edit an existing field where you want to add the example photo. The checkbox "Photos Allowed" must be checked.
2. Click on "Upload Example Photo" and upload a photo from your computer. The file must be a JPG file type. HEIC format is not supported.
3. The example photo will appear as a thumbnail. You can Delete or Change the photo.
4. All users will see the example photo when viewing the project in the web app. Below is how it will be appear in the web app. The user can click on the "Example Photo" thumbnail and the photo will open in a modal. The example photo will not be shown in the photo viewer.
