Users can download PDF reports and generate links to PDF reports if this feature is turned on. Please check that you have a pdf reader app installed such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
1. Open a project and tap on the report icon in the top right.
2. You will have various options to share and edit the PDF depending on which PDF Reader app you have installed.
3. If your admin allowed you to select from a variety of reports, you will see a list of all report options. Select the report and tap on the report icon and it will start downloading the report. If they did not allow all reports, the default report will automatically open.
4. If the shareable report link feature is turned on, you will see the generate link icon to the right of the download report icon. Tap on the generate link icon and the URL will generate and you will have the option to copy the URL, email the link, etc.
