Web App Release 3.73 – August 12, 2021

  • A second BETA version of our "Manage Items"  feature which now includes:
    • group and sorting of items by specific column
    • multi-select many items and generate reports or do an export that includes just those items
    • more actions will be coming in the next release in 3-4 weeks
  • A new UI for setting tags on projects
  • Addition of a second contact on a vendor
  • A fix for the photo uploading bug that was occurring when using the latest version of the Chrome browser

Web App Release 3.72 – July 26, 2021

  • An early BETA version of our "Manage Items"  feature which allows users to:
    • view items in a more compact table form
    • group and sort items in different ways
    • multi-select many items and take actions on them - for this early beta the two actions include delete and copy to another project
    • more actions will be coming in the next release in 3-4 weeks
  • A number of bug fixes and minor enhancements

Android Release 4.6.0 – July 23, 2021

  • Required fields and required field counters are displayed on the web app similar to mobile app
  • Photos can be copied when copying projects.Copies max of 50 photos. This feature is in Beta and available by request for individual customers.
  • Archived project can now be copied
  • The type of View (Admin, Everyone, Private) can be set by Vendors. Previously all vendor views were admin views
  • Workflow enhancements for template editing
  • ability to activate an inactive template
  • ability to delete an inactive template that has no projects
  • added a Revise button when viewing a Published or Inactive template changed the word Clone to “Create new from…"
  • Other report formats are available to vendors - they can generate the default report on the project or Full Photo and Data or Data Only
  • Scroll to thumbnail of displayed photo - click “Target” button at top of thumbnail view and it will scroll to the current photo.
  • Performance enhancements
  • Dashboard loads faster. All page refreshes are faster. Calculation of the counts on the views now happen after the page has loaded
  • Faster calculation of dependent fields and some improvements on page load time for projects with lots and lots of fields and dependent fields

- The available View types have been reduced to Admin, Everyone and Private

- Admin views are only available to Admin and Manager roles

- Everyone views can be seen by all users

- Managers can now create Views of all types and manage views

- All users can now create their own Private views

- Managers and Admins who log in on mobile will have projects filtered by Types that they have access to

    • Check this box to only return search results where the text matches display exactly. 
    • For example, enter Oakland in Contains text, check the Match text exactlybox and it will return results where the display line is only "Oakland", but not results where the display line is "123 Oakland Ave"
  • Un-assignment actions are shown activity log
  • PDF report names are now based on display lines of the project
