Users can download zip files that include photos and videos and download single files of photos or video.
1. To bulk download go to the project you wish to download the files and click on the 3 horizontal circles, then select "Download Zip File".
2. Choose from the various options if you wish to include timestamp photos, watermark photos (this must be turned ON, email support@sitecapture.com), high resolution photos, create separate folders for sections and fields, include attached documents, and/or include the csv data file. Videos are included in the zip file and will have an .mp4 suffix to distinguish them from images.
- The filtering by flagged or unflagged status works for both images and videos, so you can choose to download only the media that meets your filtering criteria.
- Timestamp or Watermark: This option only applies to images. These settings will not affect videos.
- Originals: All videos in the project are already considered originals, so selecting the "originals" option will have no additional effect on video files.
Click Create Zip File.
3. You can also download a zip file of all photos in a project by clicking on the photo manager icon in the project.
4. The photo manager will open and you can click on the download zip icon.
5. Choose from the various options if you wish to include timestamp photos, watermark photos (this must be turned ON, email support@sitecapture.com), high resolution photos, create separate folders for sections and fields, include attached docouments, and/or include the csv data file. Click Create Zip File.
6. To download photos or videos individually, go to the photo or video you wish to download. Click the file to enter the photo/video manager. Click on the download icon. The file will save to your computer's hard drive.
