Viewing Archived Projects in Container View

When navigating to a container that includes archived projects, you may notice that no archived projects appear by default. This is expected behavior—archived projects are initially hidden to help keep your project list clean and focused on active work.

1. To view archived projects, simply check the “Include Archived” option located in the project filter area. Once selected, the list will automatically refresh. A spinner will briefly appear, indicating that the list is reloading. After the reload completes, you’ll see all archived projects included alongside your active ones.

2. If you later want to hide archived projects again, just uncheck the same “Include Archived” box. The list will refresh, the spinner will appear again briefly, and this time non-archived projects will be shown.

3. Importantly, this setting remains active (“sticks”) as you navigate between different containers or project views within SiteCapture. This means you won’t need to recheck or uncheck the option every time you move from one section to another—the platform will remember your preference.
