This article explains how to reset your password on the web app. If you are using and logging in to the mobile app and have forgotten your password, please use the links below to reset your password:
iOS: Reset your password using the iOS app
Android: Reset your password using the Android app
1. If a user has forgotten their password, they can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot my password" link on the login screen on the web app.
2. Enter your username and click on "Send Password Request" and an email will be sent to the email that is associated with your account. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. If you can't remember your username, please contact the administrator who assigned you the username.
