Field Groups: Dynamic Items

1. If your administrator has set up dynamic items you will see the number of items displayed in each section after you added the items.

2. Enter a section that has a field group with items and click on the "Add New..." blue text. This will be named differently depending on the section name and how the template was set up. The field groups will be in the same order as they exist in the template.

3. Fill out the all of the fields.

4. If there is an item selection field click on select and choose a single service item or multiple service items. You can also search for an item in the search box. Press Done after choosing the service and a new item will be created. More on adding multiple line items here.

5. If the service has a description and/or unit associated with it, it will always be displayed underneath the service item and units.

6. If you see a cost calculation you can calculate the cost by clicking the 2 grey arrows below.

7. Once you have completed all of the available fields you can click the back button. You can review the completed item or add another repair by clicking on "Add New...".

8. If you want to delete the dynamic item, swipe to the left until the red delete button appears. Click "Delete".

9. If a field group is admin only, field users with edit permissions will see a message that there are no items.
