To Access the security settings, click on the 'Gear' icon and under Account select 'Settings'.
All security settings are managed exclusively by Portal Admins. When making changes to these settings, please click on "Save Changes" when done.
🔒 Require Complex Passwords
Description:
Requires user passwords to be at least 8 characters and include 3 of the following:
- Passwords must contain at least 3 of the following 4 types of characters:
- Uppercase letters (A–Z)
- Lowercase letters (a–z)
- Numbers (0–9)
- Special characters (!, @, #, $, %, etc.)
📂 Project Permissions
Description:
Sets the default permissions for projects created by or assigned to a user.
When a project is created:
- Recommended: Edit permissions
When a user is assigned to a project:
- Recommended: Edit permissions
Tip: Click Show Permission Details to view specific capabilities for each permission level.
👤 Non-Admins Can Create from Portal
Description:
Allows non-admin users (Field Users) to create new projects directly from the portal.
🛠 Vendors Can Create from Web App or Mobile
Description:
Allows vendors to create new projects from either the web app or the mobile app.
🔄 Auto-Assign on Create
Description:
Automatically assigns a new project to the person who creates it.
- Admins/Managers → Assigned as Manager
- Customers → Assigned as Customer
🏷 Only Portal Admins Can Set the Market on Projects
Description:
- Unchecked: Any user with admin access to a project can set the market.
- Checked: Only Portal Admins can set the market.
📄 Allow Download of Self-Inspection Report
Description:
This setting is only displayed when the Self Inspection feature is ON. Displays a "Download Inspection" link for users who complete a resident self-inspection.
⏳ Report Photo Link Validity (Days)
Description:
Determines how long report photo links remain active.
- Enter the number of days until expiration. Eg. 99999 if you don't want it to expire
