This feature allows you to search and load a project that is not in your project list page.
What projects can be found?
-Archived projects will not be found
-Any other project that the user has access to can and will be found
-Complete and Closed projects can be found even if Hide Complete Projects from Mobile is turned on
What permissions will the user have?
- The permissions will be the same as if they were loaded into the regular list based on role, Edit/Admin permission on the project etc
- Admin users can edit any project they load including Closed state projects - they can edit the status of these projects as well
- For field users "Complete" state projects are editable, but "Closed" state projects are read-only
Editing projects and syncing
- If the user has permissions on the project to edit, they will be able to change status, edit fields, add photos etc
- All of the changes will sync back as expected
Found projects showing in the list
- After a sync the found project will not display in the list
- The user will have to find and load it again
1. From the project list page, click on the Settings menu icon on the top left.
2. Tap on "Find More Projects".
3. Enter in the name, address, or other text from the display lines in the search bar.
4. Check the box next to the project you want to load and then tap on "Load" and your project will download and open. If you have edit permissions, you can change the status, edit fields, add photos etc.
5. When you are done working on your project and have fully synced, the project will once again leave the mobile view. If you need to work on that project again please follow the steps above.
