You will need to request this feature be turned on by SiteCapture Support team while it is still in Beta.
The copy view configuration feature allows you to copy an existing user's views when setting up a new user OR copy an existing user's view to another existing user.
To copy view configuration from an existing user to a new user
1. Click on the Admin gear in the top right and click on Users
2. Click the + Create New User button on the right.
3. Fill in the information and select the user type. See: Creating Users.
4. Select the User whose view configuration you would like to copy. You can search by typing the user's display name in the search box. Click Copy Views at the bottom.
5. The new user has been created and the view configuration has been copied.
To copy view configuration from an existing user to another existing user
1. Click on the Admin gear in the top right and click on Users.
2. Find and click on the existing user who you would like to copy views to.
3. Next to Copy Views from Another User, click Copy Views.
4. Select the User whose view configuration you would like to copy. You can search by typing the user's display name in the search box. Click Copy Views at the bottom.
5. The view configuration has been copied. *This will copy any views the user does not already have set up. It will not delete any of the views they already have saved.
