In some cases, the SiteCapture Support Team may need specific project or user information to help troubleshoot issues. This article explains how to locate two key identifiers:
- Project ID: A unique 7-digit number assigned to each project in SiteCapture.
- Username: A unique identifier assigned to each user when added to a microsite.
Project ID
The Project ID is a unique, randomly generated 7-digit numeric identifier for all work created in SiteCapture.

1. Locate the project for which you want to find the ID.
2. The Project ID appears in two places:
- In the info panel on the right-hand side of the screen.
- In the URL at the top of your browser.
Find the Project ID on Android:
Currently, the Android app does not display Project IDs. Please use the web application to find this information. See: 'Find Project ID on the Web Application'.
Username
The Username is a unique identifier for each SiteCapture user. It may include letters, numbers, and special characters, and is assigned when a user is added to a microsite.
Note: The Username is not the same as Display Name, User ID or External ID.

The username you are currently signed in with is visible in the info panel on the left side of your microsite’s homepage.
Admin Only: View All Users
If you are a Portal Admin, you can view all users associated with your microsite:
1. Open the Admin Menu and select Users.
2. A list of users will appear, showing details such as:
- Username
- User ID
- Display Name
- External ID

2. Your username will appear below the settings list.
