Portal Admins can view all AI feedback submitted for a specific image directly within the Photo Manager. Portal Admins and Managers can also view AI Image Task Failures.
👀 Where to Find It
When viewing an image:
- If feedback has been submitted, you will see a 🗂️ View Feedback button.
The button displays the total number of submissions:- Example: View Feedback (0)
- Example: View Feedback (2)
This number reflects the total feedback entries for that image.
🖱️ How to View Feedback
- Open the image in Photo Manager.
- Click "View Feedback (#)" at the bottom of the AI Analysis section.
3. A full-size modal will appear displaying all submitted feedback.
📊 What You’ll See
The modal displays feedback in a table format with the following columns:
- 🏷️ Category (Tags, Extracted Text, Validations, Other)
- 💬 Comment
- 📅 Date Submitted
- 👤 Submitted By User

This feature allows Portal Admins to:
- Monitor AI performance
- Identify recurring issues
- Track user-reported concerns
- Improve overall AI accuracy
⚙️ Viewing AI Image Task Errors
When viewing image metadata, portal admins may see error information displayed at the end of the metadata section, just above the feedback links.
- An Errors section will appear if errors are present.
- The Errors section is collapsed by default.
- Click the Errors header to expand or collapse the section.
Note: The Errors section is visible only to Portal Admins and Managers.
