Only Portal Admins have access to this feature. For every task execution, the system stores a task execution result in the database. Each record includes:
- Project ID
- Task type executed
- Timestamp of execution
- Number of billing tokens used
This data helps track performance, usage, and costs across all AI-driven tasks.
📤 Exporting Task Execution Data
Portal admins can generate an export containing a simplified dataset with the following fields:
- Project ID
- Image ID
- Task type
- Timestamp
- Number of billing tokens
🧭 How to Access the Export
- Navigate to the AI Configuration page
- Locate the three-dot menu (⋯)
- Click the menu to reveal additional options
- Select Export AI Task Execution Data

- The export provides a filtered subset of the full task execution data
- This is intended for reporting, billing, and analysis purposes
