New workflow states allow you to better manage submissions from the field and trigger AI workflows at the right time. These states are designed to support real-world workflows without limiting access or removing projects from mobile.

Submit In Progress State

  • Does not require all required fields to be completed

🪜 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Revise templates to add a new status or edit existing status and add the new workflow state of "Submit in Progress" and/or "Submit Complete".

2. Navigate to Admin>AI Workflows>Triggers

3. Under "When it runs", select the new workflow states that were added to the template when defining AI triggers

4. Move projects into the appropriate state based on readiness

5. Confirm AI workflows trigger as expected
