Duplicate an AI Workflow

Want to create a new workflow without starting from scratch? You can now duplicate any existing workflow with a couple of clicks, then edit the copy to fit your new use case.

✨ What This Feature Does

Duplicating a workflow creates an exact copy of an existing workflow, including its configuration. The copy is added to your workflow list with a timestamp appended to the name and is disabled by default, so it won't run until you're ready.

  5. Click Duplicate.

👀 What Happens Next

  • The new workflow appears in your list with the same name plus "timestamp" at the end (for example, Panel Inspection becomes Panel Inspection - timestamp.
  • The duplicate is disabled, so it won't run automatically. Your original workflow is unaffected and keeps running as usual.

  2. Rename it and make any changes you need.
  3. When you're ready, enable the workflow to start using it.
