Billing: Update payment methods, see billing history, etc.

Only Portal Admins can access billing information by logging into the web app. See details regarding account info, billing address, subscription package, active users, payment methods, billing history, and cancel the account. 

1. Click on the admin icon and under Account click on "Billing".

2. Enter your billing email address and click continue. To exit, you can click on the x in the top right corner.

3. Check your email for the one-time password. Enter the password and click Login.

4. At the top you will see the package you are subscribed to, how many additional users you have remaining, and the amount billed every month. 

Click on Account Information, Billing & Shipping Addresses, and Payment Methods to make updates to this information. Check your billing history by clicking on the link. If you have any questions with billing please email Support. Click on the x in the top right corner to exit out of billing.
