Archiving Work

1. Click on the project you wish to archive

 

2. Click the 3 dots and select "Archive" from the drop down menu.

3. A pop up will appear with the options to cancel or click "OK".

Unarchiving Work

Only Portal Admins and Managers can unarchive work.

1. Go to New Search and Select "All Archives".

2. To unarchive a project one at a time, go to the project and click on the 3 dots. A drop down will appear and click on the arrow icon.

3. To bulk unarchive, click on the select all box. Choose the projects you wish to unarchive and click on Unarchive.

4. A pop up box will appear and you can choose "Cancel" or "Unarchive".

How to Access Archived Work & Create a View

Archived work can be accessed via Advanced Search.

1. Click on "New Search".

2. Select your Company and then choose from no archives, including Archives, or only archives. If you only want to see archived work, choose 'only archives'. Click search after choosing your search options.

3. To create a new view of your Archives, click on the 3 dots and in the drop down select "Save as new view".

4. We suggest naming the view as "Archives or "Archived Work" and choosing "All Users" for who can see the view. Click Save.

5. The newly saved Archived view will now show on the right side of your views.
