Users can upload a variety of document attachments including videos to a project. The allowed maximum size is 50MB for file uploads only. If selecting from the camera roll, there is no limit. Admins must enable this feature "Allow document upload" in the admin settings in the web app. Please see this guide.
1. User opens a project on mobile app.
2. Tap on Documents and the Documents screen will open.
3. Tap on the “+” button to add a Document and select a file.
4. You will have the option to add files from your camera roll or files.
5. The document will upload and a spinner with the progress will show the upload status. Tap on cancel if you want to cancel the document upload.
6. If the document fails or there is no connection you will see an error message. The app will not try and sync the file later, so you will need to try again when you have a connection.
7. If the file uploaded successfully, you will see different icons for different file types.
View documents and videos attached to a project
Users can view a variety of documents and video types that are attached to projects. Types may include image file types (.jpg, .png), MS docs (.xlsx, .docx), pdf, zip and json files. Videos files may include .mov and .mp4 files.

1. Select the project and under Documents you will see how many files are available to view. Tap on "Documents".
2. View the various documents that are available to open. Tap on the file you want to view.
3. If it's a document or photo file it will open and you can tap on the share icon on the right to save the file to your device and see other actions from your device.
4. If it's a video file, press the play icon to play the video. Tap on the share icon on the bottom right to save the video and see other actions from your device.
