Users can upload a variety of document attachments including videos to a project. The allowed maximum size of the file is 50MB. Admins must enable this feature in the admin settings in the web app. Please see this guide.
1. Open a project that you want to upload documents to.
2. Tap on "Documents" and the documents screen will open.
3. Tap on the “Upload” button to add a Document and select a file.
4. The document will upload and a spinner with the progress will show the upload status. Tap on cancel if you want to cancel the document upload.
5. If the document fails or there is no connection you will see an error message. The app will not try and sync the file later, so you will need to try again when you have a connection.
View documents and videos attached to a project
Users can view a variety of documents and video types that are attached to projects. Types may include image file types (.jpg, .png), MS docs (.xlsx, .docx), pdf, zip and json files. Videos files may include .mov and .mp4 files.

1. Select the project and under Documents you will see how many files are available to view. Tap on "Documents".
2. View the various documents that are available to open. Tap on the file you want to view.
3. The document will download.
4. Open the document with the app of your preference.
