Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you and your team to link an external e-mail account to their individual SiteCapture account. Once an account is linked, users will no longer be required to enter their credentials every time they wish to sign in to SiteCapture.

How to Configure SSO
1. In the SiteCapture log-in page, click Sign in with SSO.
You must have an active user in your Company's SiteCapture account to configure SSO.
2. Enter your company e-mail address and click Continue.
The e-mail entered will need to match the e-mail of an existing user in SiteCapture.

If you see the error: "Email does not match any enterprise directory", please reach out to your account's admin to ensure the e-mail you are using is the same as the e-mail associated with your SiteCapture user.
3. Allow SiteCapture authorization access.
This step may look different depending on your company's e-mail provider. SiteCapture only requires access to authorize Single Sign-On.
4. Enter your user credentials and click Link Account.
Once you've allowed SiteCapture authorization access, you will need to enter your existing username and password and then link your accounts.
How to Unlink SSO From Your Account
If you wish to remove SSO from your account, you can follow the below steps.
1. While logged in to SiteCapture, click on the account icon in the top right and open My Account.
2. Under Single Sign-On (SSO), click Unlink SSO Account.
Once unlinked, you can reconfigure SSO using the steps from the How to Configure SSO section of this guide.
How to Unlink SSO From Another User's Account
Admins have the ability to unlink SSO from user's accounts using the below steps.
1. In the Edit User page, click Unlink SSO Account.
