User Can See Items Generated from Video Item Extraction Task

The Video Item Extraction Task analyzes a video and generates a list of items based on its content. Once the task is complete, SiteCapture automatically creates new items in a specified field group so you can easily view and manage the results.

🔧 Configuration Details

• Select the field key that contains the video to be processed
  • Example: video
• Select the field group key where extracted items will be created

• Map extracted values to the appropriate field keys within the field group
  • Location → eg. issue_location
  • Issue → eg. issue_description
  • Subject → eg. issue_name

The Field Key is a unique identifier for each field within a template. The field key can be found within the template configuration (see: Adding & Editing Fields: Field Key), or by hovering over the field name in the project page (see: Field Information: Field Key and Last Updated). Field keys are case sensitive and must match exactly in any use case.
